Typical Treatments:
- Anxiety (begins fast and gradual slows to a resting pace)
- Grief (narrative-driven melodic structure for a full-circle journey with resolution)
- Tranquility (stillness, more directly drawn from eastern music and listening practices, such as raga and Himalayan singing bowls)
- Intuitive (custom mix and match depending on what I sense you need. Regardless of what mode we choose, intuition guides throughout).

TESTIMONIALS
About me, why I do this, and why it works-
I came into this world as a highly sensitive person, and struggled immensely to regulate my emotions growing up. Since the age of 5, the piano has been a powerful tool for protecting myself during traumatic experiences, and serving in my recovery afterward. By embracing the instrument as both a friend and psychosomatic practice, I’ve learned to transmute dense emotional energy, reclaim my focus and clarity, and slowly heal my body. Every practice I share comes from a deep history of development and practice on myself, as well as deep relationships with teachers and indigenous elders whose lineages birthed these techniques.
I am especially passionate about those with fundamentalist religious backgrounds, especially those in the queer and neurodivergent community, and those with diverse sensory abilities.
